We are a firm of
professional accountants with substantial experience in public
accounting, taxation, management advisory services, and industry. Over the last 20
years our shareholders practiced in public accounting, as a management consultant serving small to medium
sized companies in Oregon, Washington, California, England, and Asia
(Singapore & Indonesia) and tax advisor in a wealth management
practice. Our office is in Clackamas and we service the
entire Portland (Oregon) Metro Area, including Gladstone, Milwaukie and Oregon City
in Oregon.
We
earned our licenses while we were employed by an international
and regional accounting firm, respectively, in their auditing, taxation, and management advisory services.
The
industry experience of one of our officers includes a number of major corporations including
a publicly traded company, where he
was Senior Vice President and CFO. |
